Sometimes when I complete a puzzle or matching game or whatever for extra tokens the screen says I have been awarded the tokens, but they don’t seem to show up in my total. Same thing happens with the Thursday bonus token games. They don’t always seem to award the tokens.
can someone tell me why my computer won’t let me play Qwerts?
Poppit Sprint will not load a room for me to play in. I have the same problem with both Bejeweled games. I have cleaned my cache, , java is up tp date, and I have done everything I know to fix the problem. I should not be working this hard to fix pogo game problems. :( Someone please tell me what I need to do.

Poppit! Sprint is a Flash game. Be sure your flash is up to date and enabled in your web browser. That can help. Also rebooting your browser and your computer can help.

I went through all the steps and the only option was to go on the forum. That didn’t help at all, no answers. I am getting a message that jquery library is missing. I can’t find anywhere on line what to do. I can’t play any game. I am using a mac and all my software is updated and I have cleared all my caches. My java is good and the flash drive is ok. I’m trying to get badge in word search. Need to get 21 bonus puzzles. I was told to solve puzzles with word with missing letter. I played a full calendar and didn’t get any credit. I only have 2 1/2 days left.

I have a MacPro computer and I can only text my friends during Pogo Spades on the first hand. I tried the phone # listed for Pogo support and it is not working. I looked at video on Most frequent asked questions page and can’t figure out how to make a support request ticket. Can anyone help me? I have made friends but can’t communicate with them.
I am having problems with Mini Golf Madness. Every time I go to play the game, there is a flashing square that follows the ball whenever you shoot. This happens both on firefox and IE. It is very distracting to play. Can you fix this problem? it only started about 4 or 5 days ago

i am getting vewry upset..i start a rated game and the person leaves and computer takes over ..or another person and just when i am doing good pogo boots me out and says “oops sorry game isnt loading” i was already in game!
I spent 16 gems for the challenge River ride badge in Mahjong Safari. I was given 2 wks to complete the challenge. I started the challenge and had it completed in approx. 15 min. The counter was not working correctly. On one game I only matched 2 tiles and quit the game, it credited me with matching 34 special tiles. I hadn’t even matched 1 special tile. I wanted a challenge! I think I should receive my 16 gems back and you can have your badge back. This is the first time I have spent my gems on a challenge and not to sure if I ever want to spend them on a challenge again.
i play Monopoly alot !!! It Amazes Me How the robot is able to roll doubles,land on money, avoid my houses, LAND on the needed one to make a Monopoly !!!! In the mean time I can go around the board landing only to pay them ALL the Way Around !!!!And then land On InCOME TAX 3 times in a ROW !!! OH AND WHEN I DO GET BY INCOME TAX I GET SENT TO JAIL !!!
