One is evil.It is anger, envy, jealousy, greed, self pity, lies, false pride, and ego. The other is good. It is joy, love, hope, humility, kindness, generosity, compassion, and faith. The kid thinks about it for a minute and asks:
Which wolf wins? The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed”.

Who’s your hero or heroine and why? My mom she has been through a lot and has never lost her smile or sense of humor.

If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?  I would sneak into Pogo offices and see what goes on there without them knowing I am around.

If you could gently remove any celebrity from the spotlight, who would it be? I don’t really know unless it would be William and Kate. They have been in spotlight a lot and they need private time with their son.

Do you have a clean joke you can share with us? A teacher was giving a lesson on the circulation of the blood. Trying to make the matter clearer, she said, ‘Now, class, if I stood on my head, the blood, as you know, would run into it, and I would turn red in the face. ‘Yes,’ the class said ‘Then why is it that while I am standing upright in the ordinary position the blood doesn’t run into my feet?’A little fellow shouted, ‘Cause your feet ain’t empty.

How long have you been playing Pogo? Since June of 2005.

  • Nice to meet you, Laura. Your philosophy about the two wolves is spot-on. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your post in Pogo’s ‘player spot light’ today. Be well!

  • Hi Laura, nice to here from you. I agree the philosophy about the wolves is spot on, and it seem that here lately more people feed evil one, You really seem like a nice person, and maybe some day we will meet I just live down the road in GA in little place call Murray co. The joke you told was cute to. Very happy you got the “spot light” today. Good luck and may God Bless you.

  • Wonderful philosophy, Laura – very nice to meet you. Love your joke!

  • Laura-you sound like a genuinely nice person and your philosophy is perfect. Keep enjoying life-have as much fun as you seem to do-keep it going. Take care, be well and thanks for sharing.

  • I especially enjoyed your take on which celebrity to remove. Usually everyone names someone they do not like. In your case you named a couple because it would be good for them. No hate there!! In perfect harmony with your last statement and shows that you are feeding the right wolf!!

    • i totally agree, i was thrown off by her celebrity pick, then i kept reading and it was because she was thinking of their well being. she has to be a really sweet person, most would of pick someone they didn’t care about, i believe she is the first to pick someone for a good reason. bless u.

  • Hi Laura, Thank you for sharing your life with us. Neat philosophy.

  • Hi Laura! I love most what you said about the celebrities and picking the young royal family to give them more private time. How unselfish you are – a wonderful thing to be. I heard the wolf comparison too, and also agree with you that the one thing I would remove would be hate. Hope to find you in a game room sometime! I play Tripeaks a lot. :-)

Your joke actually made me laugh out loud…thanks for that! I sure hope we can run into each other here in Pogo and get to know each other. Keep wanting and wishing the best for everyone. May you and your family be blessed boundlessly

  • hello Laura,

    nice bio.
nice philosophy on wolves, too. without one there cannot be the other.
same difference as one saying theres heaven but no hell,
    no god without the devil.

without one can be the other.
ps: my personal wolves equally fed, there is balence, there is no conflict.
