Release Notes for 8-28-12

Approximately every second Tuesday Pogo shuts down temporarily in order for us to restart our servers and post updates and changes that have been worked on in the last few weeks. These changes take place in the wee hours of the morning around 2:00AM Pacific. Below you will find the release notes for this latest release.
